Legend Homes Hires Daniel Banes as New Vice President of Sales in Houston

Legend Homes announced today the hire of Daniel Banes as its new Vice President of Sales in the Houston region. The industry veteran brings a wealth of knowledge to the position for the homebuilder as it expands throughout the region.   


“With an illustrious history as the former VP of Sales at a national builder, Daniel brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to our organization,” Legend Homes Senior Vice President of Sales Brad Tiffan said. “Boasting an impressive 23-year tenure in the homebuilding industry, he possesses a solid background in finance, construction, and sales.”

 

Banes joins Legend after serving for nearly three years as PulteGroup’s Vice President of Sales in Houston. He also held positions as Director of Sales and General Sales Manager while at PulteGroup. Before his time with this builder, Banes worked for both Meritage Homes and Royce Homes. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University.  


Legend Homes has operated in Houston since 1991. The builder has expanded in the past 30-plus years, bringing affordable, well-designed homes to San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Bryan-College Station. Combined, the company has constructed and sold more than 20,000 homes across these markets.


In 2024, Legend Homes will open several new communities throughout the region, including in Conroe, Willis, Brookshire, Montgomery, and Houston.
